Our Services

Why Our Services are the Right For You or Your Loved One?

Our Services

Total Hands Home Care services help families by supporting aging seniors, the sick, and individuals with disabilities to remain living in their own homes as long as possible. This option allows for as much independence as possible, by providing appropriate assistance and companionship.

Our Registered Nurse's, Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Home health Aide can provide the help and support needed for loved ones to live safely and independently while having someone around to offer skilled nursing services, personal care, companionship and assistance when needed.  We carefully interview, screen and monitor all of our employees and also evaluate each patient’s needs and personality to better ensure that each CHHA is a good fit for each patient.  We understand the importance of developing a good relationship between patients and their Certified Home Health Aides.

Our care is available a few hours at a time or 24 hours a day for companionship services, personal care needs, specialized skilled nursing, private duty, and hospice or respite care, we have professionals that can assist you. Follows care plan as set forth by Registered Nurse Supervisors. Our Live-In Care staff are all certified by the state of New Jersey and undergo a rigorous screening process.
